TURD PARTY ON THE BALCONY!

• My neighbor is a cop who lets his German Shepherd dog shite all over the balcony and there is nothing I can do about it because my neighbor is a cop.

• My neighbor, who is a cop, built a Shite box to store the dog crap in.

• My neighbor, who is a cop, and his wife, smoke cigarettes and set up a Bar-B-Q next to the shite box.
• 
  
• The term shite box is now being replaced by fecal matter storage unit.
• 
  
• Since I reported this January 23, 2009 and it is has been 22 weeks, 158 days I have been living with dog feces at my door in a fecal matter storage unit.
